If a woman jot down their emotions every months, they would simply found the exactly same pattern. Isn't it fascinating? NO? Like if month January is a sigmoid then so do February and March...If your girlfriend is on higher temperature every 15th then it might cause by the hormone secreted while she is in ovulation period. So dont do SEX when she is practically hotter (in Fahrenheit) then before unless you want a baby. eh, tetibe je.. Sound like expert, huh? So you see..a woman might be bad tempered at the very exact date if and only if, she has 30/31 menstrual cycle..If she got less than that like 28, then the date might be back dated..Tengok symptoms pon udah tahu kan..My point is..udah tau pandai-pandai la bawa diri..tiap-tiap bulan sudah lalui masih lagi emo-emo begini aduduuu..

So, it is all about hormone..when she is angry for NO REASON, it might because of premenstrual syndrome (pms)..and blame it on hormones..

When she is outbreak with nasty zits, again..it is cause by hormone..but why is my hormonal changes fall on my anniversary? because it is on 15th?

The symptoms that I had been through my lady years are:-

mood swing - kejap suke kejap nyampah
depression - rasa diri buduh sangat dan mahu bunuh diri dengan makan panadol (tp tinggal 4 biji manala cukup nak mati)

angry outburst - so pergi jalan-jalan ke bandar lepastu u-turn semula (semalam)

tearfulness - gembeng tak tentu pasal...adoi aii

Someone told me (he is the affected guy whom hated by me yesterday and today), if woman were about knowing they are having pms, so why in the world they don't take precaution on it?

Im so deserve this because im on pms, auntie

Agagaa..of course We can, I think so, buy nourishing our physiology needs such as spa for whole body..like the whole whole body including trimming the flower..hihi my niece called it 'flower'..how cute is that? Wahh besnyaa..

And then 4-5 hours later, go shopping for new apparel..4-5 pieces would be nice.. after that, head would be so itchy-itchy since it was years ago it dint go to the salon..Aaaa head massage would be nice with a handsome Chinese brushing, shampooing your hair...

And later, the very next day, a new handbag/perfume/jewelery come along...

I know, it is hard for you to be a pms woman so I want you to have this flower..Please take it..
